Recent evidence confirms that the volume and complexity of work in General Practice have both risen considerably in the past few years.
The pressure this creates has been compounded by growing challenges with the supply of doctors and nurses.
That is why the General Practice Forward View, published in April 2016, called for significant new investment to grow capacity in General Practices.
However, research commissioned by NHS England also shows that at least 19% of GP workload might be better handled by someone other than the GP. Helping Practices to manage their workload better is therefore a high priority.

We take a coaching approach to support staff engagement and identify areas for improvement, develop and implement plans of action.
Frontline+ is our flexible GP Reception training programme, the aim of this programme is to develop the skills and capabilities of Reception staff to improve the practice’s efficiency and effectiveness.

Lead+ is our leadership development programme, specifically designed for managers at all levels within general practice.

Navigation+ contains a suite of options designed to introduce and develop signposting within practice. Its aim is to assist Practice Managers to build a plan and framework for introducing and/or developing signposting and the navigation process in practice.
This can be achieved through a bespoke change management programme designed specifically for Practice Managers, or a fully supported in-house programme that focuses on embedding signposting across the practice.
